[Narvin is in one of the common rooms decorating. To those unfamiliar with Gallifreyan culture, the decorations look like abstract symbols. To those more familiar, the symbols represent the old Gallifreyan gods--Death, Pain, and Time. Except Narvin, as a bit of Barge scrooge, is mostly only using the Pain symbols.
